Job Description:

Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Hospital - Med/Surg Tele RN.
AUTO OFFER - 3x12's ONLY
Facility is willing to approve up to an 18 week contract. Please confirm desired length of contract at time of submission.
D/N rotating shift: 7pm-7:30am/7am-7:30pm (shift typically consists of 2 weeks D, 2 weeks N IF NEEDED TO MEET THE OPERATIONAL NEEDS OF THE HOSPITAL, Facility will do their best to honor travelers preferred shift but reserve the right to rotate them if necessary.)
MUST HAVE minimum of 18 mos recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
MUST HAVE 18 months PERM experience in specialty applying for PRIOR to travel assignments.
MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE IN HAND
AHA BLS, ACLS & NIHSS cert required.
Traveler must work at least every other holiday.
ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate will be completed during orientation, an acceptable score on both assessments is required.
Qualivis - Lotus will be used for submitting hours worked. Shift Info: Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30)

IDR Job ID #453793. Pay package is based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.
