Provides direct and indirect care to residents under the supervision of an RN or LPN, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring personal care and comfort. Maintains a safe and clean environment for assigned residents while accurately reading and documenting medical records. Requires a high school diploma and preferably NYS Certification, working primarily day shifts in a long-term care setting.
