Brinks Home is seeking a dynamic Director of Growth Marketing to lead DTC customer acquisition and optimize digital performance. The ideal candidate will drive results across various channels while fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Own DTC acquisition strategy across multiple channels
Lead execution across performance channels, ensuring KPIs are achieved
Manage digital budget pacing and channel allocations
Guide testing roadmap for digital campaigns and landing pages
Build and scale affiliate programs
Launch and optimize eCommerce strategies
Use insights to refine targeting, messaging, and conversion paths
Manage and mentor the Growth team
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated growth efforts
Required Qualifications
7–10 years of experience in growth, performance, or digital marketing roles with budget and channel ownership
Expertise in paid media (search/social), affiliate marketing platforms, SEO fundamentals, and CRO
Experience launching and/or scaling eCommerce or lead generation strategies in a subscription-based or RMR business
Familiarity with marketing attribution platforms, lead scoring, and marketing automation
Strong analytical skills with a track record of optimizing paid programs based on data-driven insights
Proven leadership and vendor management experience
Highly collaborative and action-oriented with strong communication and prioritization abilities
