Key Responsibilities
Pull Sales Rep web orders twice daily
Provide customer service such as tracking orders and dock appointments
Quote, setup and document outbound/inbound shipments
Track truckload and less than truckload orders
Maintain reports related to shipments or delivery
Communicate with customers and Route Sales Representatives regarding orders
Enter daily receipts into internal accounting software
Organize and complete daily open order reports
Work with the shipper on outgoing orders
Coordinate outgoing shipments to depots and Route Sales Representative orders
Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Generalized knowledge of shipping and receiving in a warehouse setting
