Key Responsibilities
Greets patients and guests while providing an excellent patient service experience
Performs all registration functions including updating and validating demographics and insurance information
Makes appointments efficiently across various healthcare services
Collects co-pays and reconciles cash drawer daily
Performs non-clinical administrative duties including communication and documentation
Fulfills organizational responsibilities and maintains knowledge of regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum one year of recent registration or billing experience in a medical facility
Excellent organizational, written/verbal communication, and teamwork skills
Customer service oriented attitude/behavior
Proficient in computer usage
Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in patient registration, scheduling, medical insurance pre-certifications, authorizations, and referrals
Epic experience
Demonstrated performance of excellent customer service skills
