Key Responsibilities
Provide guidance and leadership to team members
Execute and assist in the development of action plans according to company goals
Manage daily operations focusing on staffing, team development, and guest experience
Ensure compliance with brand standards and operational guidelines
Control costs and strive to improve profitability
Conduct performance reviews for crew members and assist with management reviews
Maintain a positive culture and team morale
Required Qualifications
Must be 21 years of age or older
Must have a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation
Open availability and the ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48 hours per week
Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Successful completion of background check and motor vehicle report
Must possess leadership qualities, organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively with others
Required minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years management experience required
Preferred Qualifications
Some college preferred
Restaurant management experience preferred
