JOB SUMMARY:

Metro Chicago hospital seeks Physical Therapist for full time M-F. Outpatient Clinic.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Physical Therapist will provide diagnostic, consultative and treatment services for outpatient adult patients. 
• Schedule : Monday-Friday 8-4pm . 

• Physical Therapist as licensed by the Illinois Dept. of Financial and Professional Regulation.
• PT with adult outpatient experience. 2 yrs min.
• Credentials to be completed prior to and upon hire

COMPENSATION:

• $45/hr and up depending on experience.
