This position requires excellent communication skills, understanding of network infrastructure, and the ability to coordinate and communicate with individuals with varying degrees of IT knowledge.

This role also involves mentoring a team of student employees, helping them develop skills in project management and technical areas. Directing, teaching/training, and mentoring students is a daily activity. This position may focus on projects on one or more of the CES Higher Education campuses including BYU, BYUI, BYUH and Ensign College. Participation on remote campus projects may require occasional travel.
