Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist walk-in members with inquiries related to benefits and care coordination
Triage member concerns and escalate to appropriate departments
Assist members with completing forms and understanding plan materials
Coordinate with service coordinators and care managers to support member needs
Maintain front desk operations including answering phones and managing visitor activity
Process incoming and outgoing mail securely
Coordinate courier services and deliveries
Maintain inventory of office supplies and member-facing materials
Act as the primary on-site contact for building management and vendors
Report and track facility issues
Support space planning and office moves
Coordinate meeting room reservations and technology setup
Ensure adherence to HIPAA and company privacy standards
Maintain accurate logs and documentation of member visits
Participate in audits and compliance training
Support special projects and administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
2+ years of professional experience in an office/customer service setting
Experience with Microsoft Word
Experience with Microsoft Outlook
Experience with Microsoft Excel
Must reside in Hilo, HI
Ability to work ON-SITE full-time, Monday - Friday
