Job Description
As a Customer Care Representative at Teleperformance USA, you will engage with customers through various channels, providing exceptional service while addressing their inquiries and concerns. You will play a critical role in enhancing customer experiences and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Answering inbound telephone calls, chat, email & reviews from customers
Responding to customer and partner digital inquiries
Ensuring customer requests for reservations and services are met
Identifying and exploiting up-sell opportunities
Escalating complex situations to Team Leaders
Providing feedback to improve processes and services
Maintaining confidentiality of company information
Required Qualifications
Two years of directly related experience in an inbound contact center or face-to-face customer service
Effective computer skills and understanding of telephone etiquette
Strong verbal communication skills
Bilingual (English & Spanish)
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of property management, reservations, and player tracking systems
Proficiency in basic Windows and MS Office packages
Experience handling customer calls in a 24x7 sales-oriented inbound environment
Experience in the casino/hospitality industry
