Job Description

As a Customer Care Representative at Teleperformance USA, you will engage with customers through various channels, providing exceptional service while addressing their inquiries and concerns. You will play a critical role in enhancing customer experiences and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering inbound telephone calls, chat, email & reviews from customers
  • Responding to customer and partner digital inquiries
  • Ensuring customer requests for reservations and services are met
  • Identifying and exploiting up-sell opportunities
  • Escalating complex situations to Team Leaders
  • Providing feedback to improve processes and services
  • Maintaining confidentiality of company information

Required Qualifications

  • Two years of directly related experience in an inbound contact center or face-to-face customer service
  • Effective computer skills and understanding of telephone etiquette
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Bilingual (English & Spanish)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of property management, reservations, and player tracking systems
  • Proficiency in basic Windows and MS Office packages
  • Experience handling customer calls in a 24x7 sales-oriented inbound environment
  • Experience in the casino/hospitality industry
