**THIS JOB REQUIRES ENLISTING/JOINING THE U.S. ARMY AND YOU MUST BE BETWEEN THE AGES OF 17-34 YEARS OLD TO APPLY**

 

Work one weekend a month, two weeks a year over the summer in the Army Reserves. The US Army and Army Reserves has multiple vacancies for an entry level Orthopedic Specialist. You do not require prior training or experience in this career field in order to qualify for this position. If you qualify, you will be given a date to attend the 10 week Basic training followed by the 14 week Advanced Individual Training (AIT). You would receive full time Army pay and Benefits while attending training. 4 Nationally Recognized Certifications are available with this training.

 

As an Orthopedic Specialist, you'll assist with all kinds of patient care at an Orthopedic clinicwhere patients are treated for pain and injuries to bones, joints, and muscles. You'll help prep patients for surgery, monitor their care afterwards, and even assist orthopedic surgeons with procedures in the operating room.
