Job Description
Join Swedish Health Services as a Manager of Nursing in the Emergency Department, where you will lead operations and ensure high-quality patient care while fostering a supportive work environment for staff.
Key Responsibilities
Manage operations of the Cherry Hill Emergency Department
Meet performance objectives such as financial targets and productivity standards
Drive employee engagement and create a safe environment
Collaborate with internal departments and external agencies for patient care
Oversee the Volunteer Services Program
Maintain clinical competency and serve as a clinical resource for staff
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Washington Registered Nurse License
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
Experienced Registered Nurse
Previous clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in a Tertiary Care facility
2 years Nursing leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Nursing
TNCC and CEN certifications
