Join Staples as a B2B Sales Representative and play a key role in building lasting customer relationships. You'll manage a book of business, collaborate with internal teams, and drive sales while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
Build long-term relationships with customers
Manage book of business through productivity and pipeline management
Collaborate with internal business partners
Maintain current client satisfaction and deliver exceptional client service
Drive sales and achieve profit margins in existing customer accounts
Meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals
Make outbound sales calls to grow customer base
Educate customers on products, programs, and consolidation opportunities
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
6 months+ of relevant experience in sales or customer service role
Effective communication (oral and written)
Effective relationship building skills
Ability to work on-site at Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
Proven account management or other relevant experience
