Accel Therapies is seeking a strategic leader for the Director of People Experience and Development role. This position is vital for enhancing employee experiences and driving HR operations, focusing on onboarding, training, and compliance in a dynamic environment dedicated to serving children with developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement training programs for onboarding and development
Oversee LMS administration and effectiveness tracking
Lead innovation in onboarding content and delivery
Serve as a trusted advisor on performance management and employee relations
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of HR experience
3+ years in a leadership role managing HR and/or L&D functions
Deep knowledge of instructional design principles
Experience designing and delivering training via LMS
Knowledge of U.S. employment law
Proven ability to lead through influence
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or related multi-site service environments
Experience with HRIS/LMS integrations and reporting
