Key Responsibilities
Utilizes nursing process to provide individualized care
Collaborates with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues
Cares for residents in preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment
Coordinates resident care and education
May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks
Required Qualifications
Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program
Currently holds an unencumbered RN license
Obtains and maintains required department specific competencies and certifications
