Job Description
Join Staples as a Customer Sales Account Manager, where you'll foster long-term customer relationships, drive sales, and deliver exceptional service. You'll be the primary contact for clients, managing accounts and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Primary point of contact for customers and build long-term relationships
Manage book of business through productivity and pipeline management
Collaborate with internal business partners
Ensure client satisfaction and exceptional service
Drive sales and achieve profit margins
Meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals
Make outbound sales calls to grow customer base
Educate customers on products and services
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or G.E.D
6 months+ of relevant experience in sales or customer service role
Effective communication (oral and written)
Effective relationship building skills
Ability to work on-site at Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week
Preferred Qualifications
Proven account management or other relevant experience
