Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments
Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians and Program Supervisors
Implement treatment plans and track data against goals
Maintain 30 billable hours per week
Support quality assurance and training
Required Qualifications
Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field
Valid certification as a BCBA
Experience working with individuals with disabilities
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish
Demonstrated passion for helping clients and their families
