Job Description

Join Quill, a part of the Staples family, as a B2B Sales Representative where you'll be the primary contact for customers, managing relationships and driving sales. Key Responsibilities

  • Build long-term relationships with customers
  • Manage a book of business through productivity and pipeline management
  • Collaborate with internal business partners
  • Ensure client satisfaction and deliver exceptional service
  • Manage existing accounts to drive sales and achieve profit margins
  • Meet or exceed productivity metrics and goals
  • Make outbound sales calls to grow customer base
  • Educate customers on products and programs

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D
  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in sales or customer service
  • Effective communication (oral and written)
  • Effective relationship building skills
  • Ability to work on-site at Lincolnshire, IL location at least 4 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven account management experience
  • High level of business acumen and sales strategy
