Job Description
Join OneMain Financial as a Personal Loan Consultant and empower customers by providing access to fast, friendly, and affordable financing. Develop relationships while guiding clients through the loan process, educating them on their options, and helping them achieve their financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver results related to individual and branch sales goals
Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout the loan process
Present financial solutions based on customer needs
Educate customers on loan terms and conditions
Manage the life cycle of the loan, including collections activities
Required Qualifications
HS Diploma/GED
Preferred Qualifications
Sales experience
Collections experience
Customer Service experience
Bilingual - Spanish
