Job Description

As a Hardware Design Engineer at Arrow, you'll drive the Hardware Product Development Lifecycle, designing innovative hardware architectures and analog circuits. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and deliver robust designs that impact a global clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and contribute to all stages of the Hardware Product Development Lifecycle
  • Design and develop hardware architectures based on microcontrollers
  • Create analog and mixed-signal circuit designs
  • Design and validate AC-DC and DC-DC power supply circuits
  • Work on signal integrity and noise management
  • Develop and implement communication interfaces
  • Ensure compliance with EMI and EMC standards
  • Utilize EDA tools for schematic and PCB design
  • Perform debugging, validation, and bring-up of hardware prototypes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in all stages of Hardware Product Development Lifecycle
  • Microcontroller architecture design (ST, Microchip, TI)
  • Analog and mixed signal design
  • ADC and DAC circuit design experience
  • Signal conditioning
  • Operational amplifier and discrete component analog circuit design
  • AC to DC and DC to DC power supply design
  • EMI/EMC compliance for automotive products
  • Experience with EDA tools (ORCAD, ALLEGRO, ALTIUM, PADS)
  • Proficiency with lab instruments (Multimeters, Oscilloscope, Function Generator, Logic analyzer)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of interfaces (RS232, RS485, I2C, SPI, UART, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee)
