Join Performance Foodservice as a District Sales Manager overseeing sales staff and driving profitability in the Boston to North Shore region. You will lead a team to meet sales goals, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise associates, including staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Attain targeted sales as determined by business goals.
  • Establish policies to meet customer needs and develop interpersonal relationships.
  • Develop and educate sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Interact with customers and vendors in a timely manner and manage complaints.
  • Establish and monitor major account prospect lists.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 4-6 years foodservice sales experience
  • Team lead or supervisory experience
  • Valid driver's license
