Join Performance Foodservice as a District Sales Manager overseeing sales staff and driving profitability in the Boston to North Shore region. You will lead a team to meet sales goals, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise associates, including staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
Attain targeted sales as determined by business goals.
Establish policies to meet customer needs and develop interpersonal relationships.
Develop and educate sales staff on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Interact with customers and vendors in a timely manner and manage complaints.
Establish and monitor major account prospect lists.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
4-6 years foodservice sales experience
Team lead or supervisory experience
Valid driver's license
