Key Responsibilities
Perform routine physical examinations
Formulate medical, educational, and psychosocial plans to treat patients
Develop plans for further evaluation of health needs
Provide appropriate treatment within the scope of practice
Refer problems outside of scope to physician
Required Qualifications
Unrestricted State of Connecticut Medical License (or eligible)
Certified or board-eligible Physician Assistant / Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP)
