Job DescriptionJoin Primary Vascular Care as a Nurse Practitioner, providing essential on-site clinical assessments in a mobile practice focused on long-term care. Work 30-40 hours per week and make a significant impact on patient treatment plans while collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Key ResponsibilitiesPerform on-site screening clinical assessments to determine appropriate patient treatment plans Function independently to perform history and physical for complex patients Order and review diagnostic tests Assist with care provision in accordance with regulations Monitor effectiveness of interventions Maintain relationships with contacts in facilities Educate stakeholders about services and programs Assist with development and maintenance of physician relations Complete reports in a timely manner Required QualificationsBachelor's Degree Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program Current NP License BLS - Basic Life Support certification Current Infection Control Certification Board Certified/Board Eligible Physical, Vaccines and Titers: PPD/TB, Hep B, MMR, Varicella Preferred QualificationsACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification COVID and Flu Vaccine 1 year of NP experience
