Key Responsibilities
Provide direct nursing services related to infusion therapy
Educate patients discharging from area hospitals
Provide infusion nursing care in home or clinic
Collaborate with various providers, patients, caregivers, physicians, and payors
Required Qualifications
Oregon Registered Nurse License
Washington Registered Nurse License
Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience with acute hospital care, infusion, or home health
