• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2200 - $2360 per week

ICU Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – New Hampshire or compact state
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required
• Certifications: ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course)
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

ICU Nurse Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care to critically ill patients in the MICU
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life support interventions
• Educate patients and families on care plans, procedures, and recovery expectations
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and compliant environment for patients and staff
