Join One Medical as a Practice Coordinator, where you'll lead a dedicated team to provide exceptional patient care and streamline operations. In this role, you'll ensure the practice runs smoothly, focusing on quality patient experiences, team leadership, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure operational readiness of the practice through regular team check ins and monitoring of task queues
Provide team support and leadership through training, coaching, and mentoring
Drive performance improvement through active daily management
Perform inventory management including ordering and receiving supplies
Support the financial health of the practice through office budget review
Monitor and own Net Promoter Score (NPS) responses
Support quality health outcomes and patient safety
Manage front of house duties including check in/check out and insurance verification
Required Qualifications
At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead role in high touch customer service or patient facing healthcare
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience working on collaborative, diverse and feedback-driven multi-disciplinary teams
Preferred Qualifications
Relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
Proven track record of leading successful change management and process improvement efforts
Experience in healthcare, with a solid understanding of billing and insurance
