Travel Nursing Job Details

• Location: Plymouth, NH 03264 (New Hampshire nursing jobs)
• Setting: OB Unit – Labor & Delivery
• Assignment Type: Travel Registered Nurse
• Start Date: December 1, 2025
• End Date: March 2, 2026
• Duration: 13-week contract
• Shift: 12-hour nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Hours per Week: 48 hours (4x12hr shifts)
• Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend/holiday rotation
• Orientation: Monday, December 1 (Day shift)
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,160 - $2,310

Registered Nurse Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire RN license (NH Registered Nurse)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Labor & Delivery or OB nursing experience
• Experience in Critical Access Hospital (CAH) settings preferred
• Proficiency in postpartum, mother-baby, and lactation care
• Experience with Apgar testing
• Required certifications: AWHONN, NRP (AHA), BLS (AHA)
• Must reside outside a 50+ mile radius from Plymouth, NH
• Profile submission must include work history, skills checklist (current within 1 year), 1 supervisory reference (from the past 2 years), and copies of required licenses/certifications

L&D RN Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care from admission through discharge in the OB unit
• Assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and monitor patient progress
• Manage high-risk pregnancies including preterm labor, hypertension, diabetes, VBAC, prenatal testing, and amniocentesis
• Provide patient education, childbirth classes, and lactation support
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure safe, quality care
• Demonstrate clinical competence and compassionate care throughout the labor and delivery process
