Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to determine individuals’ needs
Utilize standardized assessment tools and techniques
Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with individuals and families
Deliver therapeutic interventions in individual, group, and family therapy sessions
Document all client interactions and treatment plans
Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational standards
Work closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team
Participate in community outreach to promote mental health services
Provide immediate support during crisis situations
Required Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
Minimum of two years’ experience working with children and/or families
Eligibility for licensure as a LPC, LMFT, or LCSW
Must secure supervision and be in pursuit of licensure
Must live within 100 miles of the office
