Location: Concord, MA

Position Details

• Travel experience required

• MA RN License required at time of submission

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred

• Evidence of continued education and professional development

Experience

• 3–5 years of oncology nursing experience preferred

Job Summary

The Oncology Nurse Navigator (ONN) is responsible for:

• Individualized assessment of cancer patients, family members, and caregivers across all phases of care

• Identifying personal and systemic barriers to care

• Problem solving and making referrals to improve access and outcomes

• Collaborating with the oncology team and reporting to the Director of Oncology and Infusion Services
