Key Responsibilities

  • Setting-up, programming, and operation of CNC and conventional lathes
  • Performing in-process inspection using precision measuring instruments
  • Collaborating with engineers and designers on complex designs
  • Maintaining proficiency with quality processes
  • Monitoring and recording work duration in the ERP system

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Exposure to CAD/CAM programming software
  • Competency in operating general computer functions
  • 3+ years of experience with set-up, programming, and operation of CNC Lathes
  • Ability to obtain Interim Secret level security clearance

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with set-up, programming, and operation of CNC Lathes
  • Experience with MasterCam programming software (2017 and up)
  • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Current security clearance at the Secret or Top-Secret level
