Key Responsibilities
Setting-up, programming, and operation of CNC and conventional lathes
Performing in-process inspection using precision measuring instruments
Collaborating with engineers and designers on complex designs
Maintaining proficiency with quality processes
Monitoring and recording work duration in the ERP system
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Exposure to CAD/CAM programming software
Competency in operating general computer functions
3+ years of experience with set-up, programming, and operation of CNC Lathes
Ability to obtain Interim Secret level security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of experience with set-up, programming, and operation of CNC Lathes
Experience with MasterCam programming software (2017 and up)
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Current security clearance at the Secret or Top-Secret level
