Job Description
Join Buckhead Meat and Seafood as a Meat Trimmer, where you'll utilize your knife skills to cut meat to customer specifications and support the production team with high-quality trimmed products. This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to operational demands in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Identify deficiencies in raw materials
Trim all loins and label/identify sub primal cuts
Knowledge of basic cuts that the prep table is responsible for producing
Heavy lifting as required
Required Qualifications
Meat trimming and knife skills
Basic knowledge of meat cuts
Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to adjust to sudden changes in customer demands or operational goals
