Key Responsibilities
Prepare, operate, and oversee daily operation of entertainment venues
Maintain overall theater and stage cleanliness
Support and promote a guest-first philosophy
Perform light and sound checks, troubleshoot, and conduct minor maintenance
Assist cast, crew, and ushers to maintain quality shows
Ensure operational order for each performance
Operate technical equipment for shows
Train new team members on procedures
Complete reports and maintenance records
Required Qualifications
At least 18 years of age
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Ability to work in heights up to 60 ft.
Ability to cooperate well with management staff
Compliance with Six Flags policies
Self-sufficient and able to work without a crew
Ability to handle stress and prioritize
Willingness to give disciplinary action when needed
Ability to handle confidential information
Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong teamwork skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in sound mixing
Prior experience in theater or live events
