Key Responsibilities
Provide management oversight for multiple nursing neighborhoods
Support the Director of Nursing in administrative, supervisory, and clinical functions
Lead infection prevention and control programs
Conduct staff evaluations and incident investigations
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe, high-quality resident care
Promote continuous improvement and staff accountability
Communicate events requiring administrative attention to the Director of Nursing
Required Qualifications
Graduate of accredited school of nursing
Current RN license in the state of employment
Three to four years of recent nursing experience with demonstrated administrative and supervisory competency
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent
One year management experience
Completed specialized training in infection prevention and control
