Key Responsibilities
Facilitate the member experience through various communication channels
Assist members with insurance quotes, binding new business, and policy changes
Provide accurate advice and solutions to member inquiries
Maintain required Property & Casualty licenses
Ensure compliance with risk and compliance policies
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Successfully acquire Property & Casualty license before hire date
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of customer contact experience in a needs-based sales environment
US military experience
Prior experience in a fast-paced contact center environment
