Key Responsibilities
Operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager
Achieve sales growth through maintaining quality, service, and cleanliness
Interview and hire qualified staff
Schedule sufficient staff and manage labor costs
Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager
Maintain a cooperative working relationship with management and crew
Conduct team meetings and maintain reports and records
Maintain building and equipment
Ensure adherence to cash procedures
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
2 years of management experience
Available to work all shifts and weekends
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Valid Driver's License
