Job Description
Join the Youth Assertive Community Treatment team as a Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician, where you'll provide vital support and treatment to youth and their families facing significant behavioral health challenges. You'll work in a multi-disciplinary setting to implement individualized care plans and foster strong relationships within the community.
Key Responsibilities
Provide treatment to children and their families addressing clinical and complex needs
Engage families in developing care plans and goals
Assess risk and develop safety plans
Participate in person-centered care planning
Establish collaborative relationships with community providers
Provide on-call crisis intervention services
Document casework and report required data
Required Qualifications
Licensure (LMSW, LCSW, LMFT, LCAT) in a Behavioral Health or related field
Minimum of one year of experience providing direct services to children with serious emotional disturbance and their families
