Job Description

Sales Coordinator - Coca-Cola Bottling of Alaska Sales - Admin Full-Time - Salary Range: $42K - $58K (DOE) Non-Exempt (Hourly) position. • $500 employment bonus after 6 months and $500 employment bonus after 12 months of employment • 9 Paid Holidays Annually • Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits • The Sales Coordinator is responsible for facilitating communication between brand partners and the sales team, conducting market research, managing point of sale items, and aiding in the planning of community and marketing events. Your role will be essential in ensuring our sales team is equipped with the necessary tools and information to succeed, contributing to overall organizational success. Sales Team Communication: - Act as the primary liaison between brand partners and the sales team. - Receive, digest, and distribute brand partner and supplier initiatives to the sales team in a prompt and organized manner. - Aid the sales team in daily operations and provide administrative support. Retail Surveys: - Conduct market retail surveys within our primary chain stores. - Capture and analyze retail data to ensure competitiveness in the marketplace. - Verify the accuracy of collected data against planned activity. - Generate documentation to the Sales Admin Supervisor and Key Accounts Manager. Publish brand partner incentives to the sales team. - Develop surveys to capture entries and track progress. - Present results to the sales team and brand partners. - Collaborate with the Sales Admin Supervisor to process payouts. Point of Sale Management: - Work with suppliers, warehouse team, marketing department to order, track, and distribute point of sale items. - Communicate with branch managers and the sales team to ensure prompt execution of product displays in stores. Event Planning and Execution: - Aid in the planning and preparation of community and marketing events. - Collaborate with the marketing department and sales teams for successful event execution. - Maintain accurate historical records of sales incentives, product sample orders, donations, and sponsorships. - Manage internal databases and supplier operating systems. Miscellaneous Support: - Complete various tasks to support the sales team, marketing department, district managers, and leadership team. - Duties may include facilitating various orders, handling pick-up/delivery errands, and stocking office coolers with product for internal events. - Supporting the Sales Admin Supervisor where needed. High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) preferred; related experience or training in administrative work, customer service; Beverage distribution support experience a plus. - Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Teams, Forms, OneDrive, etc.). - Willingness to learn new software systems such as MMS, Margin Minder, Salesforce and Encompass. - Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. - Previous experience in sales support or administrative is a plus.
