Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments
Supervise and provide training to Behavior Technicians and parents/caregivers
Implement treatment plans and track/collect data
Maintain 30 billable hours per week
Support internal curriculum and quality assurance
Required Qualifications
Masters Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
Valid certification as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst)
Ability to conduct functional behavior assessments
Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality
Ability to implement treatment plans and track data
Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish
Interest and experience in working with individuals with disabilities
