Job Description
As a Site Director at KinderCare Education, you will inspire and lead a team of educators to create engaging classroom experiences, ensuring effective operations while building strong relationships with families and the community. Join us in shaping the future of early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a group of teachers
Ensure effective site operations and maintain licensing, safety, and educational standards
Partner with parents to provide the best care and education
Cultivate positive relationships with families and community contacts
Lead recruitment and enrollment efforts of new families
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Meet state specific guidelines for the role
Physically able to use a computer and lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Read, write, understand, and speak English
