Description:CSPNJ, a mental health nonprofit agency, is looking for a full-time Team Leader in Enhanced Services. Under the direction of the Regional Coordinator, the Team Leader manages the day to day operations of the Enhanced Services team. The team provides direct support, skill development, and community resource linkages to residents who have a psychiatric, substance use disability and/or within the legal system.

HIGHLIGHTS

  • Coordinate with Clinical Plan Coordinator to assure CRNA's and other needed clinical assessments are completed.
  • Links, monitors, and coordinates resources for individuals aiming to help them transition into the community.
  • Participates in meetings with service providers related to comprehensive IRP's to ensure the coordination of services.
  • Provides services geared toward enabling residents to live independently and work toward realizing their full potential.

Full-time | 40 hours p/w | Benefit Eligible: Medical, free DMO dental & free vision | 6 weeks PTO & 11 Holidays

Requirements:

  • MUST have a Master's degree in a mental health related discipline.
  • 2+ years' experience providing supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage crises.
  • Form sound conclusions, excellent judgment in clinical situations.
  • Ability to analyse processes and information, identify problems and trends, and develop effective solutions and strategies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills to foster teamwork.
  • Ability to work with individuals with mental illness in a caring and professional manner.
  • Proficient in MS Office products, as well as general computer literacy.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • MUST have a valid NJ Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
  • Lived Experience: CSPNJ prioritizes hiring people who use their own life experience dealing with mental health/substance use issues to inspire and support others.
