Key Responsibilities

  • Verify and service titles
  • Distribute documents to correct departments
  • Ensure guidelines for securing loans are met
  • Manage the flow of documents
  • Review and update account information
  • Maintain on-site and off-site storage documents
  • Mailing and shipping of documents
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls
  • Maintain relationships with dealerships
  • Research state and county guidelines

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1 year of professional experience including administrative, data entry, customer service, sales and/or retail industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in financial services or titles
