Join Boston Consulting Group as a Payroll Senior Analyst and be at the forefront of our payroll transformation initiatives. You will lead projects that modernize our payroll functions across the U.S. and Canada, ensuring compliance while enhancing efficiency and collaboration. Key Responsibilities
Manage multi-state payroll reporting and tax compliance
Audit monthly employee records and ensure accurate W-2 reporting
Support mobility-related payroll functions for U.S.-based expatriates
Plan and coordinate transformation process-related activities
Manage day-to-day escalations and act as business partner
Required Qualifications
Associates degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
5+ years Payroll experience
Experience with 3rd party payroll service (ADP, Ceridian etc.)
Experience in system/operational transformations
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Proficient using Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of automation capabilities (Alteryx, Power BI, UI Path)
Working knowledge of international mobility rules and regulations
Working knowledge of multi-state payroll taxation rules
