Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily work and safety of delivery associates
Analyze data for optimal delivery plans
Direct labor activities to stay within budget
Recommend work schedules and changes
Communicate with Sales Management and Marketing Associates
Coordinate training and safety inspections
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
1-3 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Ability to read and write in English
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with concrete variables
Preferred Qualifications
Two or four-year college degree in Business Management or Supply Chain Management
HazMat certification
Experience with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
