Key Responsibilities
Provide home-based physical therapy to pediatric patients
Work as part of a home health team focused on patient care
Observe movements, conduct assessments, and document progress
Assist patients with exercises and hands-on therapy
Educate patients and families on care plans and exercises
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Program
Active PT license in Colorado
Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience
Knowledge of state and federal home health regulations
Good clinical judgement and critical thinking skills
Strong communicator with empathy and compassion
