Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
Lead a team and manage processes to grow sales and meet goals
Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility
Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, and inventory management
Assist the General Manager with task execution and reporting
Understand financial reporting to analyze profit and loss statements
Required Qualifications
2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management
2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million
2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees
Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
