The Social Worker at The Jewish Board will provide essential clinical interventions to support adults with mental illness, fostering their independence and recovery. This role requires collaboration with a therapeutic team to implement culturally competent care and personalized service plans.
Key Responsibilities
Carries a caseload of residents and provides services within program regulations
Completes client assessments including intake and risk assessments
Develops and implements safety plans and service plans
Provides individual and family counseling
Makes referrals and coordinates services for clients
Participates in weekly case conferences and staff meetings
Maintains timely documentation of all resident interactions
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work
LMSW or LCSW certification preferred
Minimum of 1-year experience in Human Services preferred
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness
