• 7 - 8 shifts per month
• Level II and Level III NICU coverage
• 24-hour in-house shifts
• Primary site: 12 - 15 babies average daily census
• Chest tubes, LPs, PICC/UAC/UVC lines, intubation, vent management
• Coverage for resignation and maternity leave
• Multiple NICU locations 20 - 45 minutes apart
• 400 deliveries per month at primary site
