Job Description
As a Citizens Banker, you'll be the face of the branch, building lasting relationships with customers and providing trusted financial advice. You'll help customers achieve their financial goals using your strong communication and problem-solving skills, while enjoying a supportive work environment with opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Build lasting relationships with customers
Provide financial advice and solutions
Assist customers with their financial needs
Introduce digital banking solutions
Collaborate with partners in Wealth Management and Mortgage
Make outbound calls to acquire new customers
Required Qualifications
High School degree or GED required
2 years of sales and customer service experience
Ability to effectively ask questions and identify needs
Proven success in building relationships and recommending products
Demonstrated skills in using digital technology
Aptitude to problem solve
Ability to collaborate with teammates and business partners
Self-motivated and able to multitask
Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and evenings
Compliance with SAFE Act requirements
Completion of video interview assessment
Preferred Qualifications
1 year cash handling experience
