Job Description

As a Territory Sales Executive at Quill, you'll drive new revenue growth in the Philadelphia region by engaging potential customers and strategizing territory penetration. This remote role involves building relationships, presenting solutions, and exceeding sales quotas while contributing to a vibrant company culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of 1M new revenue from new customers
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects and route opportunities to sales team members
  • Schedule appointments and meet with prospective customers
  • Utilize marketing collateral for presentations
  • Attend conferences, tradeshows, and events to gain new customers
  • Create custom pricing solutions for high growth commercial customers
  • Leverage education contracts to acquire new customers
  • Ensure smooth transition to account management upon customer commitment
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly quotas and key metrics
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Seek continuous improvement through coaching
  • Positively impact company culture and team dynamics

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory based on appointments and customer needs, approximately 50% travel
  • Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
