Job Description
Join Raytheon's Miniature Air-Launched Decoy (MALD)® team as a Senior Systems Engineer. You'll support system sustainment, execute logistics tasks, and enhance military readiness, all while contributing to the defense of our nation.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain systemic databases for lifecycle management of fleet inventory and customer spares
Support Flight Test activities with missile readiness analysis
Provide MALD Familiarization Training to Military Operators and Support Personnel
Review and recommend updates to the MALD Technical Manual
Coordinate movement and shipment of MALD Property
Perform supportability engineering tasks including technical documentation updates
Support logistics efforts for Supply, Maintenance, Transportation, and Personnel
Travel may be required
Required Qualifications
Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
Experience with the Common Munitions Built-In-Test/Reprograming (CMBRE) Test Set
Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Self-starter with limited guidance
Experience with Air Power & Strategic Missiles Defense Effectors
Strong analytical skills
Customer focus and collaboration skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office
Ability to influence product design for supportability
Technical Manual and Field Service Support experience
Process Re-Invention Integrating Systems for Manufacturing (PRISM) experience
